We provide environmentally conscious design, construction, and management services for a variety of projects.
We, as founders of Unitsolver, have been disappointed with the construction industry’s inability to use modern in-factory production possibilities to scale and drive down both construction time and cost, and lack of precision and quality of the end product, especially in housing.
There has been, and continues to be, a significant misunderstanding regarding industrial-level material handling and the absence of a scalable recipe for data-driven innovations. The entire industry requires reinvention.
Our Story
The Unitsolver R&D team has devised and patented* a revolutionary solution for a building structure based on decades of expertise and many projects in various areas of the real estate and construction industries. And, with the assistance of industry leaders in top-of-the-line metal sheet production machines, laser welding systems, robotics, and automatization systems, we created a factory concept capable of mass producing this building framework, which we call the "Unitsolver Building System (USBS)."
